“FANUC UK will be exhibiting its wide range of robotics and automation solutions at MACH 2016 (stand 5210).

For the first time in the UK, visitors to the event will see the FANUC CR35iA: a heavy lifting collaborative robot which enables humans and machines to work together without the need for safety fences. The robot, which can lift up to 35 kg, is the first of many collaborative robots to be rolled out by FANUC across the globe.

“Also on stand 5210, the range of FANUC’s product innovation will be showcased. FANUC’s ROBODRILL will perform in different contexts including DDR-T, ROBODRILL with robot automation, ROBODRILL 4-axes impeller machining with servo door, the ROBODRILL D21MiA5 and ROBODRILL Robot Cell.

“Visitors will also see FANUC’s ROBOCUT solutions in different settings demonstrating the versatility of the product to cater to every business need.  The demonstrations will include C600iA with a EDM (Electro Discharge Machining) hole drill attachment for one set up of hole start and cutting, and C400i electric discharge offering; PCD Tool cutting cell with Robot loading of tools.

All models have AI Corner Control2 this guarantees better corner shape compensation and the ability to reduce cycle-time by up to 31%. The new AWF (Auto Wire Feed)  at breakpoint in taper cutting allows auto wire feed in cut path with up to 5 degrees taper(Taper Cutting).

“Finally, the 3OiB and OiF 15″; a suite of CNC control systems will show the breadth of the functional range offered by FANUC. The new iHMI platform will demonstrate a powerful CNC machining and motion control platforms.
