Commonly, engineering manufacturing facilities need both water treatment plants to produce higher quality water than mains water, as well as a wastewater treatment plant to handle the contaminated wastewater before its discharge to sewer. Treatment plants are built to meet the necessary limits to enable the wastewater to be discharged. But in recent times, as discharge limits become ever tighter and all costs increase, recirculation of the treated water is more commercially attractive and, very often, this can be economically achieved. The other advantage of such a system is that it also produces very high quality water for you to use in the manufacturing process, which also then helps to produce a better visual product quality, with no “staining” caused by drying after using mains water for final product cleaning.
