HITEK Electronic Materials Limited is a global partner to the Electronics Industry with over 30 years Fabrication & Distribution experience. Predominantly servicing the Military Aerospace & Defence sectors and qualified to MIL DTL 83528 QPL 9-2008, one of only two UK companies, HITEK is also accredited to AS ISO 9100 Rev C, BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

Alongside our newly formatted web pages, content and our renovated homepage (which includes a diagrammatic image encompassing the solutions HITEK can provide) you can still access our Free EMC Gasket Service and our innovative Gasket Tool. This tool can help engineers ascertain an in depth view of the requirements and profile of a gasket suited to the groove of the application.

Our services include HITEK’s innovative gasket design tool & in-house gasket proto-type service.

This tool is designed to give an accurate, versatile, graphical solution to designing gasket in groove applications. Allowing you to design the basic groove, match a Chomerics elastomer extrusion to an existing groove, analyse the work needed for completion, calculate values for compression & deflection and highlight stocked materials. Groove profiles are;

• Standard U
• Half & Full Dovetail
• Tongue in groove.

HITEK’s free EMC gasket service to EMC Test Houses enables you to meet EMC requirements, offering next day delivery to Test Houses (when details are received before mid-day and required material is stocked).
