As a regular participant at this event, Telsonic UK will once again be promoting the company’s latest ultrasonic modules and systems from their comprehensive range targeted at packaging and food cutting applications. The precise control of the ultrasonic process, together with the reliable and durable seal produced when using ultrasonics, makes the technology an attractive proposition for a wide range of packaging applications, including the welding, and sealing of rigid and flexible packaging products.
Food cutting using ultrasonic technology also remains a steady growth area for Telsonic, especially in applications where the technology is used in conjunction with robots. This increase in the number of systems being integrated to robots can in part be attributed to Telsonic’s development of special sonotrodes for tray bake type applications, in widths of 500mm,550mm,760mm and most recently 800mm.
These can be either robot mounted, or guillotine mounted as deemed necessary for the specific application.
These IP rated systems include special double length and lightweight “T “ sonotrodes for cutting deeper products and are driven by
Telsonic’s compact 20kHz MAG generators. Telsonic produce packaging and food cutting systems in: 20kHz, 30kHz and 35kHz frequencies.
Telsonic can be located on Stand number G54 at the NEC, Birmingham between the 26th to 28th September, where company representatives will be on hand to offer advice on the use of ultrasonic technology for packaging and food cutting applications and discuss customer specific requirements.
Telsonic UK offer a comprehensive range of ultrasonic modules and systems for a variety of food cutting, plastic welding, cutting, sealing, cut’n’seal, metal welding, packaging, sieving, and cleaning applications within a wide range of industries.
