2024 marks an important year for DK Holdings Limited, a manufacturer of bespoke and off-the-shelf Diamond Tooling solutions and Precision Engineered Components. Not only is it the company’s 65th Anniversary, a milestone that will be celebrated thoroughly, but also one which sees the team attending several trade shows, starting with JEC WORLD in Paris.
From the 5th to the 7th of March the team will be available via the Composites UK Pavilion to meet and greet partners and peers alike, showcase the latest innovations and discuss recent and upcoming projects and developments in this fast-paced industry.
“We are very much looking forward to being back in Paris and discussing Diamond Tooling requirements with our partners and industry specialists,” John Emptage, the company’s Sales & Marketing Manager tells Engineering Update.
“One of the fascinating factors when it comes to Composite materials is the overlap in application and sectors. Take the aerospace and aviation industries for example, where we have longstanding partnerships with companies utilising our electroplated Diamond Tooling used in the manufacture of both, exterior and interior components.
“Customers within this industry utilise a vast range our bespoke and standard products such as our electroplated diamond holesaws for example which is perfect for the accurate and economical cutting of most composite materials. Our team can manufacture these exactly to our customers unique requirements.
Another popular application for our diamond products is for customers repairing exterior composite panels with our Flexible Diamond D-Loc Discs, a tool of choice when it comes to achieving a precise and smooth finish”, John explains.
“Our customers in the aerospace and aviation sector are dynamic and our Diamond Tooling range continues to provide solutions to the most challenging of requirements, with our team of experts always on hand to design, manufacture and supply the right tool to optimise production processes.
