Tri-Tech 3D to attend MACH 2024

Tri-Tech 3D, a leading UK distributor of Stratasys, One Click Metal and XJet 3D printing solutions, will exhibit at MACH 2024 on stand 17-520 at the NEC, Birmingham, from April 15 to 19. The company will demonstrate how 3D printing materials and machines have advanced since MACH 2022, and is inviting companies to submit a part for the team to manufacture and have ready for collection at the show. At the event, attendees can see the Stratasys F370CR, a high strength composite 3D printer capable of printing nylon carbon fibre reinforced materials and producing large and complex elastomeric parts. This 3D printer is a reliable all-round solution, both highly versatile and user friendly.

To show the breadth and depth of AM capabilities for different applications and industries, the stand will feature a range of parts produced using various AM techniques, including: Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), PolyJet, Selective Absorption Fusion (SAF), Digital Light Processing (DLP) and Stereolithography (SL). The company will also showcase a range of additively manufactured metal and ceramic parts.

“As 3D printing becomes a mainstay of British manufacturing, there have been numerous machine and material launches to help improve the speed, versatility and quality of additive manufacturing,” said Rob Pitts sales manager at Tri-Tech 3D. “Visitors to our stand can see these advances for themselves.

“To give attendees a deeper understanding of how AM could work in their applications, we are running a challenge — send us your design, and we can have the part ready to collect at the show,” added Pitts.

A cornerstone of Tri-Tech 3D’s business is its industry-leading engineering experience, with team members specialised in industries from aerospace to dentistry. By gaining an understanding of each customer’s unique needs, Tri-Tech 3D can help attendees to explore their options and decide if, and where, AM belongs on their factory floor.
