The ODU MEDI-SNAP® product range is extensive, but there is one product that stands out. With protection up to IP68, up to 41 contacts, also available as a hybrid version and with silicone over-moulded cable assembly: ODU MEDI-SNAP® Size 3.5 is as flexible as it gets.

Special and customized inserts for hybrid solutions offer space for numerous signals plus the transmission of power and/or fluids as required for the most complex of applications.

The plastic connector is compatible with all common sterilization methods in medical technology and offers the highest level of touch protection to IEC 60601-1 (2 MOPP/2 MOOP). The special insert designs by ODU can accommodate the necessary air and creepage distances to ensure a safe and secure performance for the defined application.

Cable assemblies
ODU’s MEDI-SNAP® connectors can be supplied as a complete cable assembly – for example with silicone over-moulding which ensures not only autoclavability, but also avoids any unpleasant stick-slip effect, creating an excellent haptic – an optimized solution from a single source, helping avoid supply chain issues.
