LOMA SYSTEMS® PARTNERS WITH KRAMER TO SHOWCASE INTEGRATED DEDUSTING AND METAL DETECTION AT INTERPHEX 2025

Loma Systems, a worldwide leader in inspection solutions for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries, will be showcasing the latest advancements in X-ray, metal detection and checkweighing solutions at INTERPHEX 2025. Taking place from April 1-3 at the Javits Center in New York, this premier industry event provides an excellent opportunity for professionals to explore cutting-edge innovations in product inspection. Visitors can find Loma at Booth #1342.

At the show, the company will invite attendees to experience firsthand its industry-leading inspection solutions, designed to enhance safety, quality and compliance. Among the key highlights at the booth will be the IQ4 LOCK-PH Metal Detector, a highly reliable system engineered for a variety of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications. This innovative solution offers robust detection capabilities, ensuring superior product integrity.

As a special feature at INTERPHEX 2025, Loma Systems will also showcase an integrated inspection solution in collaboration with Kramer, a world-renowned manufacturer of dedusting technology. This combined system, featuring the Kramer deduster and the IQ4 LOCK-PH Metal Detector, offers a streamlined approach to pharmaceutical inspection with several key benefits. The integrated solution enhances mobility and setup efficiency, as both the metal detector and deduster are mounted on a shared stand, making it easier to transport and position in production environments. The system has been designed for simplified disassembly and reassembly, allowing for effortless cleaning without the need for tools, improving operational efficiency.

The Loma metal detector is positioned at a higher elevation, enabling smooth discharge into large bins, further enhancing convenience and workflow efficiency. Additionally, the system features an integrated power supply with a single cord serving both the metal detector and deduster, reducing setup complexity and minimizing cable clutter. Furthermore and for ease of use, the fully adjustable and rotatable control panel allows operators to manage the metal detector and deduster from either the left or right side, providing flexibility in various operational settings.

Loma Systems’ team of experts will be available throughout the event to discuss how its advanced inspection solutions can help manufacturers achieve superior product quality, compliance and efficiency. Whether you’re looking to upgrade your existing inspection processes or explore new solutions, Loma’s specialists are ready to assist.
