USA Tolerance Rings Relocates to New Facility to Enhance Efficiency and Growth

USA Tolerance Rings, a bespoke parts supplier and design solutions partner, has relocated to a new facility in New Jersey. This move is a significant step forward in supporting the company’s ongoing growth, and its commitment to providing high-quality design and manufacturing solutions efficiently for customers across industries.

The new facility, on Lexington Ave, is just four miles from its previous location, and offers a more modern space with an optimized layout that will enhance operational efficiency for USA Tolerance Rings’ engineers. It gives the business room for future growth, space for new machinery, and increased storage capacity for ready-to-ship products.

Founded in 1961, USA Tolerance Rings is the only domestic producer of tolerance rings in the United States. In recent years, it has been growing its presence across industries, including the oil and gas sector, and expanding further into consumer products.

In an era when manufacturers are challenged by global supply chain disruptions, USA Tolerance Rings has built a reputation for reliability, with a 100% on-time delivery rate for the past five years. USA Tolerance Rings anticipates demand for standard parts, manufacturing tolerance rings in advance of customer ship dates and holding stock of more than 60 cut sizes of 301 Stainless Steel, and multiple cut sizes of additional exotic alloys. So, the additional warehouse space in the new facility will optimize efficient delivery for an expanding customer base, enhance supply chain security, and make it better positioned for shipping products.

Dan Robinson, Division Manager at USA Tolerance Rings, is excited about the business’s new home: “We are thrilled to be settled in the new space, having executed the move with no interruptions to customer service. We are already seeing the benefits as we enter the next chapter for the business. As we work with new customers, we see more and more possible design applications for the versatile tolerance ring, from downhole drilling and pumping in the oil and gas sector to kitchen appliances and exercise machines,” explains Dan.

“With that in mind, it is time to create the right space to strengthen our operational efficiency for today and to allow us to grow in the future. The new facility also gives our engineers a far superior space to work in. Our company culture is something we pride ourselves on, so we wanted to ensure the new facility benefited our employees as well as the business.”
