With more than 24 years of international experience in procurement, commercial leadership, and operational transformation, John brings a deep understanding of the fastener, distribution, and industrial manufacturing sectors. He has held senior roles with major global businesses, where he led multimillion-pound procurement programmes, launched new facilities worldwide, built high-performing commercial teams, and delivered significant operational efficiencies.
At Optimas, John will play a central role in strengthening the company’s strategic supplier partnerships, expanding product category opportunities, supporting new market penetration, and aligning commercial operations to drive sustainable international growth.
