PULTRUSION LEADER EXEL COMPOSITES TO EXHIBIT AT JEC WORLD 2026 IN PARIS

Exel Composites will exhibit at leading international composites show JEC World 2026, taking place on March 10–12, 2026, in Paris at the Nord Villepinte exhibition center. Visitors can meet the Exel team at stand E132 in Hall 5, where the company will showcase its expertise in continuous composite manufacturing, including advanced pultrusion and pull-winding technologies for high-volume, performance-critical applications.

JEC World is the world’s biggest trade show dedicated to composite materials and their applications, bringing the global composites industry together once a year in Paris. The event serves as a key meeting point for manufacturers, engineers, designers, and decision-makers from across the entire composites value chain.

At the show, Exel will present advanced composite solutions supported by its strong research and development expertise, serving a wide range of industries globally, including wind power transportation, buildings and infrastructure, electrical and power transmission, unmanned aerial vehicles, and more. Exel is also showcasing its expertise in composite conductor cores, the central structural element of overhead power conductors, highlighting how advanced composites provide a stronger, lighter and more efficient alternative to traditional steel cores.

“JEC World offers an important opportunity for us to meet both new and existing customers, discuss ongoing projects, and explore future collaboration opportunities. Our team will be available throughout the event to share insights into our technologies and application expertise, and we’re inviting customers and industry peers to an informal cocktail gathering at our stand on Wednesday, March 11, starting at 17:00,” says Francesco Ierullo, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Exel Composites.

In addition to its exhibition presence, Exel Composites will contribute to the event’s technical program. Kim Sjödahl, Senior Vice President, Technology and Sustainability at Exel, will participate in a panel discussion titled ‘Composites in Construction: Durability, Challenges, and Building the Impossible’. The session will take place on Tuesday, March 10, from 14:00 to 15:00 at Agora 6, as part of the official JEC World 2026 agenda.

Exel Composites was also a finalist in the JEC Innovation Awards in the Aerospace (Parts) category as a partner to its customer FLYING WHALES. The collaboration highlights how advanced composite solutions enable lighter, stronger, and more efficient structures for next-generation aerospace applications, with Exel’s pull-wound carbon fiber tubes playing a key structural role in the innovative airship project.
