Bruderer UK set to launch ‘UK first’ at MACH 2024

A ‘UK first’ will take place in April (15-19th) when Bruderer UK runs its BSTL 350-88 live at MACH 2024.

The leading manufacturer of high-speed presses will set-up a full production line at Stand 6-482, as it looks to showcase the machine’s capability in the volume production of small and miniature components.

The BSTL comes into its own for precision and continuity and uses up to 30% less energy when compared to older machine models.

For the first time at a major exhibition, a turnkey line will be established, featuring a state-of-the-art pallet decoiler and winder, with purpose-built ‘MACH’ tooling set to produce commemorative giveaways for visitors to the stand.

Experts from Bruderer UK will also be on hand to talk about the company’s growing range of machines and associated partner technology that is helping its customer base in automotive, aerospace, building products and the rapidly emerging electrification market.

“MACH 2024 will be a massive moment for our UK business and will be the first time anyone will have seen the BSTL 350-88 produce products at a major manufacturing event,” explained Adrian Haller, Managing Director at Bruderer UK.

“It is going to be one of the main attractions of the rapidly growing Metalworking Village at the show and we’re looking to showcase to domestic customers how they can remain competitive when tendering for mass production projects at home and overseas.”

He continued: “This latest press will also utilise Bruderer’s latest control system that can be accessed with different devices via a web browser, with remote state-of-the-art maintenance and the highest cyber security.

“The BSTL 350-88 is a fantastic new addition and I believe will be one of our best ever sellers.”

Bruderer UK, which is currently building a new 48,000 sq ft factory and showroom in Telford, is also launching a second new model at MACH 2024.

It will use the major industrial event to introduce the BSTA 710-220 to the UK, a press that is all about delivering more space for complex stamping tools with the longest bed length (2.2metres) of its type in the world.

With automatic stroke adjustment and various options, such as different stroke lengths, shut heights and press force monitoring, the machine can be configured for individual customer requirements and is increasingly suitable for the emerging electrification world.

Precision engineering and the unique Bruderer lever system ensures that the press is a reliable, long-lasting investment.

Adrian concluded: “Customers are looking for suppliers who can offer a full turnkey package and this is where we really excel.

“We can meet with clients, look at their product/production issue and come up with a solution that will deliver the performance and quality they require – often exceeding it in the process.

“Our presses will be at the cornerstone of that approach and are complemented by our extensive knowledge and access to equipment including decoilers, servo feeders, tool monitoring, die handling, press and tool monitoring and welding technologies.”
