Leading HVAC specialists for large-scale commercial and industrial environments, Jet Environmental Systems, has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Amanda Roe as head of sales & marketing.
Amanda joins Jet with more than 24 years of senior experience across the built environment, engineering, facilities management and HVAC sectors, bringing a strong combination of technical expertise and commercial leadership.
Beginning her career with a technical foundation through training at the School of Army Aeronautical Engineering (SAAE) in the British Army, Amanda has built extensive experience delivering complex engineering and infrastructure solutions across both public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Jet, Amanda held business development leadership roles with adi Facilities Engineering and CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, where she was responsible for delivering complex hard services solutions, HVAC projects, strategic bid management and sustainable infrastructure initiatives. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, government, retail, logistics, life sciences, workplace environments and manufacturing.
Amanda’s appointment comes as Jet continues to strengthen its market presence and support customers with bespoke HVAC systems designed to deliver precise temperature and humidity control in demanding environments.

Amanda will work closely with managing director, Jason Hibbs, with an initial focus on strengthening Jet’s market presence across key sectors, including logistics, pharmaceuticals, industrial applications and data centres, while driving integrated sales and marketing strategies that demonstrate the impact of Jet’s energy-efficient solutions.
