The system, simple to retrofit to existing FIFO flow racking solves many typical Kanban issues, increases significantly the floor space for value adding activities and increases cash flow. StockSAVER uses sensors attached to the rails of the racks to detect bin movement, wirelessly transmitting this data to the software where replenishment requirements are called up automatically leading to a significant reduction in line-side stock being held.
