HARTING and PEI-Genesis expand Partnership to distribute Connector Solutions across Europe

HARTING and PEI-Genesis will now offer harsh environment connector solutions and engineering design expertise to customers across Europe, thanks to a new distribution agreement effective September 1, 2017. The new Pan-European agreement expands on a successful 14-year North American distribution partnership.

“PEI-Genesis’ commitment to stock and the technical expertise of their sales team will ensure a strong service to HARTING’s existing and new customers across Europe,” said Peter Hannon, Managing Director, HARTING Ltd. “We very much look forward to developing a strong relationship with this new franchise.”

In business since 1945, HARTING manufactures durable, reliable products worldwide. The company pioneered the development of the rectangular connector, and its brand-leading range of Han Rectangular Connectors and Industrial Device Connectivity products will enable PEI-Genesis to further meet customer needs in the industrial market.

“This new agreement will allow HARTING and PEI-Genesis to deliver across Europe the same winning combination of high performance connector solutions, engineering design expertise, depth and breadth of inventory, and fast shipping that North American customers have valued for years,” said Jonathan Parry, Senior Vice President Global Operations and MD Europe, PEI-Genesis.

Founded in 1945, PEI-Genesis partners with customers to create engineered solutions that meet specific application requirements, and then delivers those solutions with speed, service and a consistent quality that is unmatched in the industry.

PEI-Genesis’ extensive knowledge and understanding of the harsh environment sector – combined with HARTING’s comprehensive range of industrial connector solutions – will now add value for customers across two continents.
