Cordant Engineering Recruitment, part of Cordant Group, has been appointed a preferred permanent recruitment partner for the pioneering technology leader ABB Ltd. This latest contract will further strengthen the existing relationship between the two companies who have worked together for 16 years.
As part of the agreement, Cordant Engineering Recruitment will source permanent full-time employees on behalf of ABB, across each of the organisation’s separate business divisions based throughout the UK and Ireland. Cordant has been rewarded for a successful track record of recruiting permanent staff that matched the business’ exact requirements, whilst also organising a number of specialist events and open days in conjunction with ABB in order to attract the best talent. Looking ahead, the organisation will continue to source suitable candidates for a number of specialist roles, including Project Engineers, Technical and Sales Managers, Country functional roles and Operational Managers.
