Assystem Technologies acquires Stirling Dynamics Limited, and strengthens its aerospace and marine engineering global offering

London, 9 April, 2018 – Assystem Technologies has successfully completed the acquisition of Stirling Dynamics Limited (“Stirling”), and consolidates its position as a global partner of choice for aerospace and marine industry players.

Stirling provides specialist engineering services and active control products for commercial and defense customers in the global aerospace and marine markets.  Based in Bristol, the business employs over 90 highly skilled staff.
