Bromsgrove, UK, 19 October 2018: The new DC150 Perform solid carbide drill from tooling expert Walter GB offers high wear-resistance and good chip evacuation on all materials.
For producing holes up to five times diameter without internal cooling (but with oil and emulsion), the drill is of WJ30TA grade carbide and has a 140° point angle for high positioning accuracy.
The DC150 Perform is the latest addition to a range that embraces drills for producing holes up to 12 times diameter with internal cooling and three times diameter without. The new drill means that Walter users now have 1,000 different size drills for all conventional drilling adapters – and a range that is unrivaled for cost-effective universal use.
