Rockwood Composites, experts in design and manufacturing of composite components, has named the Advanced Engineering show a huge success after a 50% increase in visitors to its stand.
The Devon based composites company specialises in compression and bladder moulding. It also uses out- of- autoclave processes to manufacture luxury composite parts for aircraft interiors and also components for projects which produce the hottest (100 million °C) and coldest (4 degrees above absolute zero) places in the solar system.
Mark Crouchen, Managing Director, said, “This has been the best year yet for us exhibiting at the Advanced Engineering Show. We have recently invested in a new press which has increase our capacity by 50% so we can’t wait to get some new clients. We have lots of new leads which will come in handy for new business in the new year. We will certainly be back next year!”
