The benefits of Ultrasonic Technology, when applied to food cutting and portioning applications, will be showcased by Telsonic UK Limited at Foodex 2020, the UK show for food processing, packaging and logistics.
Ultrasonic technology can cut and slice products without crumb, crushing or blade contamination problems, offering resultant increases in productivity and quality. Ultrasonics has been successfully used to process food products ranging from, cakes, cheeses, chocolate-coated products, pizzas, quiche, pate, meats, sandwiches and snack foods such as flapjacks.Telsonic’s exhibits at Foodex will include a manually operated ultrasonic blade, to demonstrate the ultrasonic cutting process on food products, and highlight the many benefits which the technology brings to these operations.
Telsonic will also be exhibiting examples of their technology, together with information, brochures and case study material on ultrasonic technology for a variety of applications.
Company representatives will be on hand throughout the show to offer advice on all aspects of the Ultrasonic process. Telsonic UK can be located on stand N238 between the 30th March and the 1st April at the NEC in Birmingham.
