The Crimpfox Vario 4S crimping tool from Phoenix Contact ensures reliable processing of insulated, uninsulated, and TWIN ferrules.
The integrated pressure lock guarantees a complete and process-reliable crimping cycle and, when necessary, can be released without using a special tool.
The tool’s self-adjusting crimping jaw enables the processing of ferrules in accordance with DIN 46228-1 and -4 and with special collars in the cross-section range from 0.25 to 4 mm² as well as TWIN ferrules up to 2 x 1.5 mm² without having to make adjustments. In addition, the crimping tool supports a cross-section range from 6 to 10 mm² and 16 mm². The special square crimping shape results in maximum possible contact surfaces and high conductor pull-out values, which are therefore also ideal for spring connection technology.
