Cleantech disruptor, Katrick Technologies is launching a platform fundraiser to allow the public to invest in new renewable technologies. The fundraiser is a collaboration between Katrick Technologies and Crowdcube, one of the world’s leading equity crowdfunding sites for investment. The campaign will launch on Monday 20 March for private investors, before opening to the public on Tuesday 21 March for a limited time. Investments start at as little as £2.85.
Katrick Technologies is a fast-growth IP-based business that has been disrupting the cleantech sphere with its innovative net-zero solutions. To address the need for diversification of renewable energy sources, Katrick Technologies has developed a new wind power generation system. Its hexagonal wind panels use aerofoils to capture wind, even lower speed and ground winds, and convert it to green energy.
Due to their small size and modular design, the panels are not only easier to install than traditional turbines but far more flexible. The panels will be available in a range of different sizes and will even be suitable for use in residential and urban areas, allowing businesses and homeowners to generate their own green power.
