Connected assets and enterprise software integrations are key for a successful maintenance programme
Fluke Reliability, will be discussing a new vision for the future of maintenance on Stand A42 at Maintec 2023, part of Manufacturing & Engineering Week.
In this vision, “connected reliability” framework combines CMMS, IIoT sensors, condition monitoring software, SCADA/PLC, ERPs, and more, in one cloud-based ecosystem. Connected reliability gives enterprises more power over their maintenance strategy through predictive and prescriptive maintenance. Fluke Reliability will showcase how it brings the connected reliability concept to life through its eMaint software and Fluke’s 3563 Analysis Vibration sensors.
Visitors to Fluke Reliability’s stand will also be able to gain insights and advice from Fluke Reliability’s President, Ankush Malhotra, who is attending the exhibition.
At 11am on Thursday 8th June, Ankush will present how to harness the value of truly connected assets to create a successful maintenance programme, as part of the exhibition’s conference. The talk will provide the audience with three key takeaways:
- The importance of reliability for interconnected industrial assets.
- The benefits of a connected reliability framework which enables plant operators to easily communicate between machinery, data-acquisition systems and maintenance and reliability (M&R) teams.
- How to integrate digitalization, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), to generate insights on machine health and processes to unlock the true value of intelligent insights.
‘” At Fluke Reliability, we’re committed to helping customers shift their reliability operations from reactive to proactive, using a connected reliability framework as the catalyst to fuel this transformation,” says Ankush Malhotra, President, Fluke Reliability. “We’re thrilled to participate in this year’s Maintec exhibition, where we’ll demonstrate how our innovative solutions can empower maintenance teams to minimise downtime and enhance overall asset health.”
For further information, visit Stand A42 to hear from industry experts on how Fluke Reliability’s full product suite can transform workflows. In addition, product demos will be available which will help the depth of understanding of how each product fits into a connected reliability strategy.
