Employee empowerment ranks alongside customer satisfaction as Microchip makes a major advance toward the top of the Irish employee leader board
CHANDLER, Ariz., June 29, 2023 — Microchip Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: MCHP) a leading provider of smart, connected and secure embedded control solutions, today announced that a comprehensive survey by The Irish Independent has named Microchip Technology as number 15 in a list of the top 150 employers in Ireland for 2023.
The Irish Independent selected the list from data that was collected from employees representing more than 1,000 companies based in Ireland. The research examined aspects that included everything from wages and work-life balance, to the potential for professional development, as well as the ongoing reputation of the employer.
Particularly impressive is that Microchip has leapt a full 88 places from ranking number 103 in 2022 to number 15 in this year’s survey.
