TME has introduced a new series of digital oscilloscopes Teledyne T3DSO700HD, designed for engineers who need precise and versatile signal diagnostics. The devices are available in three bandwidth variants: 70MHz (T3DSO704HD), 100MHz (T3DSO714HD), and 200MHz (T3DSO724HD), all equipped with 4 analog channels and optional 16 digital channels.
The heart of the oscilloscopes is a precise 12-bit converter, which provides significantly higher vertical resolution than standard 8-bit models, resulting in a more accurate signal image. At the same time, the input design features a very low noise level: only 70μVrms at the full 200MHz bandwidth, which is crucial in analyzing low amplitude signals. The maximum sampling rate reaches 2GS/s, and the record length is up to 100Mpts per channel, allowing the analysis of complex and long waveforms without loss of resolution.

The T3DSO700HD series also offers a very high acquisition rate, up to 120,000wfm/s in normal mode and as much as 500,000wfm/s in sequential mode, which allows capturing rare and hard-to-detect phenomena. Display modes such as 256-level intensity grading, color temperature mode, and history function (up to 80,000 frames) significantly facilitate visual analysis of signal changes over time.
The oscilloscopes provide an advanced triggering and bus decoding system. Supported protocols include I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, and LIN, and thanks to the Search & Navigate functions, users can quickly find events of interest in recorded waveforms. Built-in math tools include more than 50 measurement parameters, 4 independent math channels, advanced FFT up to 2Mpts, filtering, symbolic operations, as well as histograms and statistical trends.
Teledyne has also equipped the T3DSO700HD series with features previously available only in more expensive devices: Mask Test, built-in Bode Plot, and Power Analysis applications. As a result, the oscilloscopes are perfectly suited for designing and testing switching power supplies, as well as for control system analysis and frequency response testing.
All devices in the series feature a 7-inch capacitive touch screen (1024×600) and a user-friendly interface that supports multi-touch gestures, mouse operation, and control via built-in server. Additionally, the oscilloscopes offer a rich set of interfaces – USB Host/Device, LAN, digital inputs, Trigger Out, and Pass/Fail – enabling work both in the laboratory and production environments.
The T3DSO700HD series are modern, versatile, and precise measuring instruments designed for designers, service engineers, R&D departments, and technical universities. High functionality combined with an attractive price makes this an exceptionally competitive offer in the 12-bit oscilloscope segment.
