Confirmed by the annual study of the latest index of best companies conducted by the University of St. Gallen.
Who’s the world market leader and who isn’t? The cross-industry world market leader index from the University of St. Gallen answers this question. In the opinion of study leader Professor Christoph Müller, these include globally active and successful companies with leading technology and mostly family management. A database with over 1000 entries from potential world market leaders from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland serves as the basis. The current index was published in the German magazine, Wirtschaftswoche on November 7th.
Leuze leads once again in the field of optical sensors
Leuze has been listed in the world market leader index (WMF index) of the Henri B. Meier School of Entrepreneurs at the University of St. Gallen and the Academy of German World Market Leaders (ADWM) since 2016. And in 2023, too, Leuze can continue to call itself the world market leader in the field of optical sensors. This award is only given to international companies that have one thing in common: They represent leading, innovative technologies as well as outstanding product and service quality.
Growth means change
On the question of what makes a world market leader, Ulrich Balbach, CEO of the Leuze electronic group and Chairman of the Executive Board had the following to say: “Everything we do, we do with determination, curiosity, and passion. This is what makes us – the Sensor People – who we are. This is how we ensure the success of our customers in an industry that is always changing. After all, your success is our motivation. That is why we keep developing innovations together with you and set new benchmarks on the market.” The ability and belief in creating lasting transformation runs through all areas at Leuze: Technological leadership and constant growth form the basis for Leuze to assume responsibility for the environment and society. This is a matter of course for the Sensor People and a part of their identity.
