Electronics firm chooses technical PR agency

Technical PR agency, Stone Junction has been appointed on a permanent basis to handle PR and social media activity for UK electronics manufacturer and supplier, Mantracourt. The move follows a brief period of project work in the first quarter of 2021.

Mantracourt is a world-leading supplier of signal conditioning products for industrial measurement systems. All its products are designed and manufactured at its factory based in the South-West of England.

The electronics company contacted Stone Junction to help it increase the strength of its voice when communicating with new customers, via the media and social media.

However, the company’s excellent service levels and position in its niche market has meant that its large existing customer base has historically provided most of its orders — a strength it doesn’t want to dilute.

“Holding a long-standing market position for signal conditioning has allowed our customers to develop a trust in our products and software solutions.” explained Kelly Voysey, marketing manager for the Exeter-based instrumentation provider. “Recently, we have been developing some exciting new products. Stone Junction has played an integral part in communicating our message, increasing our conversions, and optimising our public profile. This has allowed us to really thrive in new markets.”

Stone Junction’s Joined-Up-Content offering makes it uniquely positioned to deliver campaigns such as this one for companies in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) sectors.

The core argument of Joined-Up-Content is that, despite the traditional PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) mix positing that owned content is predictable and manageable but difficult to ramp up, the combination of content tactics Stone Junction offers make it rapidly scalable.

“The tactics with primacy in our Joined-Up-Content approach are still trustworthy, high level media coverage and the core pages on the client’s web site,” explained Richard Stone, Stone Junction’s managing director. “The rest of the mix works to elevate those, making it easier to find, trust and choose our clients.”
