Leading packaging machinery manufacturer, ULMA Packaging UK, has announced the appointment of Martyn Cochrane as regional sales manager for Scotland. The move aims to meet the continued demand for best-in-class packaging machinery solutions in the region.
Martyn brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having previously worked in similar regional positions within the food and general industry. His expertise lies in vacuum, MAP, and SKIN packaging, as well as slicing and packaging lines. At ULMA Packaging, Martyn’s primary responsibility will be to assist customers throughout Scotland in accessing the manufacturer’s diverse range of products, with a particular focus on the food and medical sectors.
Commenting on his new position, Martyn said, “With ULMA’s extensive portfolio of packaging machinery, which includes vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS), horizontal form-fill-seal (HFFS), traysealer, and thermoforming solutions, I’m looking forward to showcasing the sustainability, reliability and efficiency of ULMA’s solutions to both existing and prospective customers.”
